Thanks to the rude lady who called me this morning harassing me asking about my review. I am an honest person but I have manners. I also have a constitutional right to have freedom of speech like everyone else. My review was very mannered. I didn't curse. I was simply not pleased with my purchase. How unprofessional it is to pick up a phone and hear in a country swang accent. Lol...No hello, no introduction of herself. Just "Are you the one that complained on the internet about us? " I hung the phone up. How rude. Everyone has rights to be honest. Now I will never shop at your florist again. Mike was unbelievably nice and polite as stated in my review. This lady was rude. Quite shocking. I feel harassed and stalked. Call me again I'll call the authorities In your area. You want repeat customers, trying being polite. You could learn a lot from Mike. Very professional , well mannered gentlemen. I am a business owner. I understand the importance of satisfying a customer. Thanks.
